An initial consultation is usually necessary to determine the type, scope and intent of any Web site design and installation. I'll work with you to develop the initial design layout, functions, tools, graphics and color choices best representing your wants and needs for your new Web site. The nonrefundable, initial consultation fee is $100.00 which will be credited towards any subsequently placed work order. The cost estimate to design and install any Web site is furnished free of charge and is based on the initial consultation results. Only when the initial design layout has been completed and approved by you I'll start building your site. I strife to comple the work within the estimated time frame, unless work order changes or additions initiated by you require additional time. Any changes or additions may result in additional charges which will be billed separately at $50.00 per hour. However, no work additions or changes will be done without prior authorization by you. A deposit of 50% is due when I start working and the balance is payable upon completion of all work. For very large or complex projects other payment schedules can be arranged. Should your finished Web site ever experience any kind of malfunction I am only a call away to take care of it on a case to case basis, or you may sign up for one of my Web site maintenance plans to prevent problems to begin with.
